Raj Patel (CEO & Founder)

Raj Patel is the Founder, Chairman and CEO of INNsight Hospitality Group. Known to be hard-charging with a get it done attitude, Raj's leadership and passion is infused in INNsight's mission to help travelers to find places to stay and book smart, all while providing INNkeepers unprecedented control over their inventory and pricing.
Raj Patel literally grew up in the hotel industry selling rooms at his family's hotels. Raj graduated from the Haas School of Business at the University of California at Berkeley with a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration and moved on to be a management consultant at Accenture based in New York City. Itching to return back to his native San Francisco and work in Silicon Valley, he made his way to eBay where we rose to be a Senior Manager, Strategy responsible for product and business strategy for Selling on the eBay Marketplace helping drive major strategic initiatives, product launches and manage pricing economics. After nearly 8 years of work in High Technology, Raj decided it was time to return to the family business and tackle challenges plaguing the Lodging Industry.
In 2008, Raj started INNsight Hospitality Group with his brother Roshan. Always knowing that he would one day have a career in the hospitality industry, Raj has taken on the management of several hotel properties and has leveraged his High-Tech background to build a new and powerful e-commerce and online marketing platform for INNkeepers to help them level the playing field with Online Travel Agents who so often make difficult and expensive partners. With his hands on approach to management and years of experience in high tech product management, strategy and marketplace pricing, Raj hopes to lead INNsight.com to provide travelers a better way to search, research and reserve places to stay.

Roshan Patel (CTO & Cofounder)

Roshan Patel is the Chief Technology Officer and a Cofounder of INNsight Hospitality Group. Roshan leads with a straightforward and pragmatic cost focused leadership style which drives his oversight of the company's technical strategy and product architecture.
Roshan graduated from the University of California San Diego with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. Upon graduating, Roshan spent time at the biometrics startup company PayByTouch helping drive the development of pay by fingerprint biometric technologies. Soon after his startup experience, Roshan decided to devote his passion to steer his family businesses which consist of several hotel properties. Roshan is extremely well versed in hotel management and technology and is driven to provide INNkeepers the tools to sell their hotel inventory more economically to increasingly cost conscious travelers.

Dharmesh Patel (Chief Marketing Officer)

Dharmesh Patel is the Chief Marketing Officer at INNsight. A native of the U.K., Dharmesh has been in the San Francisco Bay Area since 1991 and graduated from University of California, Santa Cruz in 2003 with a double major in Computer Engineering and Business Management. Since graduating, Dharmesh has taken a keen interest in online marketing, including SEO, SEM, and Social Media
In 2004, before their IPO, Dharmesh joined Google in their AdWords department which was where he became an expert in managing SEM campaigns, keyword research, account optimization, and bid management. He also gained the ability to efficiently use several tools including the AdWords Editor, Google Analytics, Google Website Optimizer, and Keyword Tool. This was also where his SEO expertise flourished with skills such as content writing and link building, and has since grown exponentially. Dharmesh has applied his skills in various verticals such as hospitality, online applications, finance, gaming, and publishing while successfully managing accounts with budgets exceeding millions of dollars per month. And now he brings this supreme marketing skillset to INNsight to offer our clients innovative world class internet marketing solutions.
Dharmesh takes a lot of pride in providing pure white hat services and continues to educate himself on the ever changing world of online marketing and evolving search engine algorithms. Dharmesh holds AdWords Qualified Individual and Google Analytics IQ certifications.

Nikhil Shah (General Manager-Indian Development Centre)

| Nick Shah is the spirited General Manager of our Indian Technology Centre (IDC), INNsight Interactive. He sits at the epicenter of our product development organization as is responsible for driving the design and development of INNsight.com. Nick has assisted in designing and developing INNsight.com from its inception and manages the IDC. Nick graduated from Mumbai University with a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and has years of blended experience in the hospitality and information technology industries which he brings to INNsight.

Prashant Kabade (Chief Technologist)

| Prashant Kabade is the Development Lead and Chief Technologist at INNsight.com. He graduated with a degree in Computer Science from Pune University. Prashant initially architected the Core INNsight platform as one of its original engineers. He has driven the development of INNsight.com from architecting the technical infrastructure to developing the actual code all the way thru final delivery. He leads the overall product development of INNsight technology while managing staff of several engineers. A master of APIs, E-commerce, CRM, CSS, PHP, MySQL & Javascript, Prashant brings a wealth of technical knowledge and programming standards to our company's development. Prashant is highly respected by his Team as a subject matter expert in the many realms of Information Technology. When Prashant is not consumed by his work, he enjoys video gaming and blogging about what he loves most: technology.

Mohan Gade (Web Developer)

| Mohan Gade aka 'Mo' has started his career at INNsight.com as a Junior Web Developer under the tutelage of Prashant and a team of seasoned developers, but has quickly shown an aptitude that is well beyond his junior title. Mohan completed his Masters in Computer Science from Pune University in 2010. He is an expert in CodeIgnitor PHP and JQuery and brings an enthusiasm to The Company which is infectious. Mohan has made a significant impact almost immediately upon his joining The Team by driving the development of several functional areas of INNsight.com including the INNsight Property Management System. When not going through the daily grind, Mo enjoys reading books, a night out at the movies and when possible, cherishes the opportunity to travel throughout India.

Sunny Patwa (Junior Web Developer)

| Sunny Kumar Patwa joined INNsight in the Summer of 2011 as a Web Developer. Sunny graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Mathematics and completed his Masters in Computer Applications from Mumbai University. His passion lies in logical reasoning and having won several awards in the field he enjoys teaching the subject to students. Sunny brings a unique and deep skills set to INNsight which will help us develop and fine tune our platform's algorithms to help travelers find the perfect place to stay at the lowest rates. In his free time, Sunny enjoys playing cricket and continuing his education in logic and mathematics.

Tarang Virukar (Junior Web Developer)

| Tarang Virulkar is one of INNsight's newest employees having joined The Team in the Summer of 2011. Tarang completed her degree in engineering from Mumbai University in 2010 and is .NET certified from NIIT's Microsoft affiliated diploma programme. She began her career in data warehousing leveraging IBM's ETL and reporting tools and now brings a fresh outlook and enthusiasm to the team as our Junior Web Developer who will be responsible for onboarding new clients and developing new and exciting enhancements to our platform. Tarang focuses on the synthesizing of data for reporting and fine tuning INNsight's algorithms. In her free time, Tarang enjoys travelling and loves passing time catching new and oldie flicks or by cuddling up next to a good fiction novel.

Suchi Malusare (Lead Designer)

| Suchita Malusare joined INNsight Interactive in 2010 and currently is INNsight's Lead Designer. Suchi has many years of experience in graphic and web design and brings a knack for taking conceptual pencil on paper napkin sketches and being able to transform them into online experiences. She is our HTML and CSS expert and has skillfully guided the overall usability and design of the INNsight.com platform. Not only is Suchi skilled in graphic arts, but she also has an incredible voice and loves to sing and dance. Suchita graduated in from Nalanda University in Mumbai with a Higher Secondary Certificate in Commerce. She pursued her interest in graphic design by attending multimedia animation diploma course at Atherva College in Mumbai.

| Ajesh Chandran began his career as a Web Designer at INNsight Interactive and has done an exemplary job of fully designing the entire INNsight.com user experience. AJ is an expert in usability design and has deftly used his graphic design skills to architect the user interface and web design of the INNsight.com platform. AJ graduated in 2005 and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from Mumbai University. He pursued his artistic desires by completing certification in web and graphic design from the Arena Multimedia Academy in Mumbai.

Atul Jadhav (Web Designer)

| Atul Jadhav is an expert in Graphic & Web Design who recently joined INNsight as a Web Designer. Atul brings a strong design skills set and a resume with past experience in designing and building travel oriented sites. Leveraging his past experience, Atul has helped develop the INNsight Design Framework from which all site usability and design standards are derived. Atul not only has tremendous design skills, but also is proficient in several coding languages lending a significant hand in both the design and development of our mobile website. Atul graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Commerce from Mumbai University and learned his graphic design trade from the Red Academy in Mumbai. As an avid swimmer, cricketer, and cyclist, Atul is definitely the athlete of The Office.
