The INNsight Community
INNsight has been built to be a mash up of a social network and hotel search and booking engine. We think that INNkeeping is by its nature a social activity where hosts interact with guests before, during, and after their stay. Guests search for accommodations, ask questions, review rates and availability and book their stay. INNkeepers work hard from check in to check out to ensure that their guests have a happy stay. And guests return the favor with a hotel review or passing along the word about their experience at the INN to friends and family. Each of those actions involves interaction between the INNkeeper and the guest, and that's why INNsight offers tools to travelers and INNkeepers to communicate and share.

I can't send a message to an INNkeeper
When you click on Ask INNkeeper a Question in the Contact INNkeeper module, you will be asked to sign in. In order to use the INNbox Messaging System you will be required to sign in with your My INNsight Passport.
I have an issue with my reservation
INNsight is a platform that connects INNkeepers directly with guests. When there is an issue with your reservation you can contact the INNkeeper directly. We detail the INNkeeper's phone number on their Property Profile Page and within your Reservation Confirmation. In addition, you can contact the INNkeeper via INNbox with any issues. Generally, we feel that issues with your reservation can easily be handled with the INNkeeper directly. If, however, there is an issue that you cannot resolve, please feel free to contact us at help@innsight.com.

How do I contact an INNkeeper with a question or special request?
There are several ways to contact an INNkeeper. Unlike other booking engines, we do not hide the direct dial phone number or email address for the INNkeeper. We WANT you to interact with the INNkeeper, build a relationship, and get the best rates. You can contact the INNkeeper by clicking on Ask a Question within the Contact INNkeeper module on the property's Profile Page. Clicking on 'Ask a Question' will pop up a Compose Message box and allow you to send a message via INNbox directly to the INNkeeper. In addition, when you make your reservation with a particular INN, you can add your special request on Step 3 of the Book It Now flow. That special request will be sent along with the reservation details to the INNkeeper.

How do I leave an INNsight (feedback) for the INNkeeper?
Sharing your experience at a particular INN with the Community is really easy. When you check out from your stay, the INNkeeper sends you an invoice email and there will be a link asking you to leave the property an INNsight. We only allow guests who have actually stayed and check out to leave their feedback. This validation guarantees that our INNsights are actually left by guests of that INN and are honest representations to help other community members make their lodging decisions.

You can also leave feedback by visiting the property's Profile Page and its INNsight tab. If you click on the 'Write a Review' you will be taken to form to share your INNsights.

How do I contact a fellow guest for their opinion?
Fellow travelers offer some of the most candid information about their stay and the quality of accommodations. We want guests to interact with one another. You can connect with another guest and ask a question by simply clicking on 'Send Message' within a particular guest's INNsight.

I am an INNkeeper. How do I sell more rooms using the social network?
