Managing My Reservation on INNsight

The INNsight Passport has been created to help travelers manage their reservations at properties of all types. By having a universal passport that can be used to log into property websites Powered by INNsight and by INNsight.com Marketplace, a traveler can easily book and manage their reservations at one place. My INNsight offers a control panel on all of your search and booking activities and we've made sure to keep the management of your reservations as easy as can be.

I found the same room cheaper elsewhere, what do I do?
If you have found the same exact room type and stay details at a lower rate elsewhere, send us a screen capture and details about the site and location of the lower rate. We will review your claim and message you via if your claim is valid, and thereby match the rate and then provide a 10% discount. Please send your request with your INNsight User ID, Stay Details and a screenshot and details of the lower rate to help@innsight.com.
How can I review my reservation confirmation?
There are several ways to review your reservation confirmation. As soon as you have booked a reservation on INNsight, The System will send you an email confirmation and a message to your INNbox internal messaging system with the details of your reservation. In addition, you can find the details of your reservation in the 'Upcoming Reservations' module in your My INNsight.
I have a question about my accommodations, who do I contact?
If you have a question about your accommodations or reservation itself you can contact the INNkeeper directly. Just click on Ask a Question and you will be able to send the INNkeeper a message via INNbox. You can also directly contact an INNkeeper by replying to his/her Reservation Confirmation.
How do I cancel my reservation?
Each property has its own Cancellation Policy so we advise that you read and become familiar with the INNkeeper's policies prior to booking a reservation. In order to cancel your reservation you can go to our Reservation Cancellation flow by clicking here or you can click on the 'Cancel' link next to the reservation in the Upcoming Reservations list in your My INNsight.

How do I review a past reservation?
Once you successfully reach Step 4, the confirmation step of the Book It Now flow, you will receive an email reservation confirmation at your registered email address. In addition, you will see your reservation confirmation in your INNbox. You also can always access your future reservations in the Upcoming Reservations list in My INNsight.

How do I contact the INNkeeper?



We have built INNsight so travelers can interface with INNkeepers directly.  If you have an issue with your reservation or would like to make special requests, simply send a message to the INNkeeper via INNbox.

Does INNsight charge a cancellation or modification fee?
INNsight does not charge travelers a booking fee or a cancellation or modification fee. It is possible that an INNkeeper could charge you a Cancellation Fee per the Property's Cancellation Policy. Please carefully read the Property's Cancellation Policy on the Property Profile Page and before agreeing to the terms of the reservation. By agreeing to the Cancellation Policy of the property, the traveler will be legally responsible to adhering to the policy and may be charged a cancellation fee as detailed by the INNkeeper.

How do I modify a reservation?
In order to change your reservation, you can go to My INNsight: Upcoming Reservations and select the reservation which you would like to modify and select the Modify option in the pulldown menu associated with that reservation ID. You will be taken through the Change Reservation flow which will allow you to make any updates to your booking.

How do I cancel a reservation?



To cancel your reservation, you can click here to be taken to the Cancel Your Reservation flow. In addition, you can cancel your reservation directly from My INNsight in your Upcoming Reservations view by clicking on 'Cancel' in the pulldown menu associated with that reservation. In order to cancel through INNsight, you need to be eligible to cancel. If the property at which you booked your reservation has a cancellation policy of a certain grace period, you will need to be outside of that grace period to cancel within the system, otherwise you will be forced to contact the INNkeeper directly and potentially face cancellation charges. Any reservation that is cancelled last minute within an INNkeeper's Cancellation Period will need to be cancelled by the INNkeeper directly.

How does the Lowest Rate Guarantee work?



Booking with INNsight means you ought to book with confidence. We have a Lowest Rate Guarantee that spells out the following terms: If you find a lower rate anywhere else or if the rate on the same exact room and stay details have dropped since you made your reservation, we will meet or beat that rate. If the lower rate is found on another booking site, we will beat that rate by 10%! If you find that the rate has dropped on you INNsight booking, we will gladly meet that rate drop. Note: the Lowest Rate Guarantee only is valid outside of your reservation's cancellation period. For example, if you cannot cancel within 72 hours of your booking date, you cannot claim that the low rate guarantee within 3 days of your booking date as no modifications can be made at that time.
