The beautiful Victorian decor....The staff was great....very accommodating!
Bad Tags
I had to have a microwave delivered to my room as there weren't any, and they only had 1 bathrobe for 2. We order a meal at the bar and they missed giving us tortilla's for our green chili....catsup for our fries and the vending machine was empty.

Every member of the staff we encountered, from the valet to the barista, was outstanding. The hotel is stunning.

Great location - very conveniently located; common areas are quite nice
Bad Tags
Our room was absolutely horrid and would make even a granny cringe. Plastic flowered couch, ugly flowered wallpaper, ancient furniture that looked like cast-offs from Goodwill, and fringed lights. Truly hideous and tacky.

Location.
Bad Tags
Worst pillows ever. Asked for replacements and told they weren’t available. Worst pet policies ever. $100 per night charge was waived by hotel thankfully. Requested pet could never be left alone in the room. Might as well say no pets instead.

I reserved this hotel because it was a historic hotel in Boulder. What i got when i was allowed to check in was a room in a little green house around the corner from the hotel. the room was okay--thin walls in this house conv3erted to three rooms. and window air conditioners that did not fully cool rooms but made lots of noise. Yes rooms as it was a suite so lots of room--would have been good for a family --with baby which was what i had next to me. When I objected to night crew--i got well, you should have asked for a room in the hotel. I responded that when i book with an historic hotel, i expect to be in the hotel. The lovely team at checkout made it ok by refunding part of my expense.

Location was excellent. And once I got over my miff and went inside the hotel, I found the public areas and the restaurant delightful
Bad Tags
My particular placement off site of the hotel as described above and the original response to my dismay with it was my fault i ended up there.
