tried to charge for parking by claiming you needed a parking pass and it was $15.00. This is a suburban location surrounded by surface parking lots, no other hotels in the area charge for parking. We asked where else we can park they agreed to waive fee

There was a hidden parking cost. The parking is an open lot with no security. Just a way to extort money from loyal customers.
