The hotel was conveniently located for access to the lake and downtown. The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was excellent. We didn't notice any hallway or other noise we frequently find in other hotels. Bike availability was a plus.

I didn't arrive until 11pm, and had to wait about 15 min for them to get the room ready because it was still dirty from previous guest. Something about housekeeping being short-staffed, which i understand, but i arrived 8hours after check-in time.
