The staff was friendly and the room had a large bathroom with a good shower and tub and a tv in the mirror.
Poor location, few parking options, room was not ready for check-in, mattresses and pillows too soft, nespresso rather than coffee machine, no indoor pool and the outdoor was too cold.

One of the best rooms I have ever stayed in. Staff went out of the way to help and really made us feel wanted. They put a roll-away-bed in our room that was more comfortable than our best bed in our house. They said, "would you like a tent in your room...
It was not cheap but for something very special it was something I was glad we did.
