Great included breakfast. Friendly staff and a very convenient location with some walking or busses.
Bad Tags
Might want to look at replacing the electrical sockets, all the plugs in the room I was in were very worn out and anything I plugged in fell out extremely easily.

The bed was comfortable and ample pillows.

Called ahead for early check-in, was told it was ok, then they wouldn’t allow us to. Freezing cold air from under the door coming from outside all night. Guests gathering in groups outside, very loud, kept us up all night. Metal stairs right outsid

The hotel you could park at and it was on the highway which means great access to many landmarks and visiting sites.
Bad Tags
This hotel was extremely inexpensive so there were some people who were strung out walking into reception. We were Lso awoken at 2:40am by someone trying to get into our room who kept knocking and shaking on the door/door handle which was scary and nerve

The location was excellent, as well, the lobby, the room, ample parking, price, free breakfast and internet combine to make this an excellent choice for those visiting Denver on a budget.
Bad Tags
The worse thing to me was a strong chemical smell in the room, I assume from the carpet maintenance or perhaps odor mitigation. It aggravated my respiratory system aggressively the first few days.

The night auditor was very friendly and easy to have a chat with at the end of a long day. His great demeanor and positive attitude helped me overlook things like the phone and alarm clock not working, low water pressure with luke warm water, etc.
Bad Tags
Broken phone and alarm clock, starchy bedding and broken tv remote.
