The television in our room was not working. Someone from staff was unavailable to look at it. After communicating with the desk a couple of times, we were given suggestions as to a fix. The correct combination was finally blundered into. Not good.

Evidently there was a party in the main room on Saturday night and it was very loud. We were on the third floor and it sounded like it was next door. my daughter was trying to go to sleep but it kept us up.

The location.

We stayed in room 203. There was a shower that was very low to the ground with a handicap handle. I called and asked the front desk if that room was a handicap room and was told No. The next morning we took showers and water went all over the bathroom.

The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and I like the fact there's a restaurant and bar in the facility.

This trip was a little bit frustrating because the hotel was overbooked and I didn't have a room for the first night. I had a reservation, but that didn't matter. One of the staff members offered to call another hotel (I think it was called Homewood Suites or Home something?), but then another staff member looked at me and said, "You don't want to stay there!" Long story short, another coworker just-so-happened to be staying at the same hotel so I ended up sharing a room with her. It was nice of her to offer, but it was somewhat awkward because we don't know each other that well. I had the option of calling or driving around to find another hotel, but I was tired after traveling and that was the last thing I wanted to do.
