This place is just too big too much walking. To get to the food courts was completely on the other side of the complex. I need to be laid out a little bit better

They upgraded our room for a fair price when we got there. There is also a ton of things to do there, we didn’t leave the grounds for 2 days! And 3 of the hotels are connected!

Its a Beautiful hotel, but i think if people are paying money to see a show, there should be better prices offered.
Bad Tags
They charge too many fees, which is a bug turnoff. Im from Mass. And a new Casino is opening next month and a lot of Mass residents look forward to keeping their money in Mass.

Good Tags
Size of room and very impressive bathroom/shower
Bad Tags
Check-in staff was not friendly at all. Didn't explain where to go to catch elevator to room which was in the casino, through food court, not anywhere near check-in desk. Poor signage to hotel; not clear where to park while checking in. Also, music/dj in casino was so loud we left and went to the other casinos.

Very clean hotel. In a great location to be near all of the action, especially if you are seeing a show at the Grand Theater. The free WiFi and free parking were nice too. The Fox Tower Pool isn't open during the Winter, but Foxwoods will allow you to use the other resort pools instead. No free breakfast.
Good Tags
Good location, very clean, free WiFi, free parking, year-round pool access, quick access to the Fox Tower Casino.
Bad Tags
No complimentary breakfast, no weight/exercise room from what I could tell.

Staying at this hotel was a fun/unique experience. The price we got through AAA was $50 lower than other popular travel websites, and with no hidden fees/extras. One of our rooms had a king size bed, and had a spectacular vista from the enormous windows in the main room and bedroom. The other room with 2 queen beds was a nice room, but for the same price, just couldn't compare to the room with the king. It was convenient to go from dining/shopping/casino back and forth to our hotel room. It is a bit of a walk to the larger/more active part of the casino and night clubs, especially in heels, but with comfortable shoes it's actually an excellent way to get exercise. I got over 17,000 steps on my fitbit in just one day, and you don't really notice you're walking all that way, since there is so much to see. People watching is great fun too, and there are plenty of places to stop along the way, including comfortable couches/chairs, as well as places to stop for snacks, food, or drinks. We took our teenage sons with us, ages 15 & 17, and they enjoyed it. They would travel throughout the shopping and dining on their own, and we'd meet up with them every couple of hours. They made some friends their age, and went ice skating, swimming, and bowling.

Lots to do, in the 2 days we were there. Great exercise, walking to/from all the things to do. Amazing view from the King suite, located on the side of Fox Tower. We would definitely do it again, and look forward to visiting again either later this year or next year for an early Valentine's again. Just need to keep checking travel sites for best prices.

The cigarette smoke lingers on your skin, eyes, and clothes. They do a good job filtering it out, so you're not choking on it, but since we're not smokers it really irritated our eyes/nose when we tried to sleep. I don't have severe allergies, but having spent 4 hours in the casino, dining, and shopping areas meant there was no way to escape the smoke. The check-in process was a bit slow, stood in line for over 20minutes. The woman who checked us in at the front desk, didn't smile and didn't give us a warm friendly hello, so I made sure not to ask her any questions or ask for any clarification, even when I did have some general questions I wanted to ask. Instead, I just called the front desk later, and got a nice friendly woman who was happy to help us.
