The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, and the hotel room itself was fairly quiet.
Bad Tags
The heater/AC unit was painfully loud. It was too loud to keep on while watching TV or sleeping. Also, the room was incredibly spartan. No dresser or desk and only a tiny bedside table. There were also no shower rods or anywhere to hang a wet towel.

Worst experience of my travel career. Staff was scatter-brained, elevators and room were dirty. The doors had no resistance and SLAMMED when guests closed them. Location was inconvenient for walking. Lastly, smacked with fees - WiFi, coffee, parking, etc.

The staff was very friendly.

For a Superior room we were not impressed at all. Our view was the roof and the wall of the building next door. Many homeless right around the hotel. Lastly, we were double charged for our room.

Hotel is undergoing renovations so some amenities are not available. But the room was recently renovated and was very nice. This will be a very nice hotel once renovations are finished.
Bad Tags
Neighborhood was sketchy at night. Not safe to walk.

The room was quite nice, and comfortable.

They might want to clean the windows, they were spotted from rain. The main entertainment wall was nice, but you may want to come up with a cover to hide the wires & connections, it wasn't very pretty to look at watching TV form the bed. Enjoyed the room.

Location was great. Parking was convenient.
Bad Tags
There are no rooms with balconies as advertised. The room was not high tech as advertised. It had several usb charging ports and motion sensor light switches. The tv was a base model and I could not cast my phone on it. Average room in all.

Clean, convenient, close to Folsom St.
Bad Tags
Cost seemed a touch excessive (but not bad for the area really) and parking charges on top of base rate did seem excessive. Problems with parking resulted in one of our party being charged $100 extra to park at a nearby lot.

the room price for one night in SF was the least expensive I could find. The room was on the noisy side, but not unexpected. Remodeling is in progress so it was awkward but will be even more attractive when done.
Bad Tags
The hotel was fine. What I don't like is having to walk past pathetic homeless drugged up slime to get to the front entrance. Hopefully this will improve in the future?

The free wifi was convenient and quite fast. The hotel restaurant was very good as well and the prices were great.
Bad Tags
Near dusk if you are walking to get food with your spouse or children you may want to take an Uber or Lyft. There are many homeless people that crowd around the hotel. A few of them even we actively using drugs with needles.
