First room had a bug infestation on the phone and nightstand so we asked to change rooms which we did. Also there was a vagrant and homeless problem with people asking us for money on the property but it seems a problem the city doesn’t want to ad

Terrible! I would not recommend this hotel. The premises are dirty, there are homeless people everywhere. No security. If you get there late, you probably won’t find any parking. Walls are very thin, can hear all the noise from outside.

The location was ideal.

Yes the TV was working and they didn't have a maintenance person to solve the problem. So the manager had offered me a $15.00 credit for the inconveniences. I had asked for another room but they were booked.

The floor was sticky. The bathroom light didn't work. There was no comforter or top blanket on the bed. For a normally respectable chain this was a sub-par experience.

We were originally assigned a room where the bathroom door did not stay closed and would easily open, the walls and furniture where in need of an update. The 2nd room turned out way better - except ( saw roaches ) on the desk near bathroom. gross !

The room was dirty especially the restroom the shower looked like it has never been scrubbed. The window in the restroom led to the street, it had no lock or bars anyone could have slid the window up. Lightly was awful! The location was also scary.

I loved how the hostess went above and beyond to help me get checked in. I had a VERY long day and I'm disabled. She made my evening. I'm not sure. But thank you. ALSO I lived how there was an elevator.

Good location. I was on my motorcycle and the desk manager allowed me to park next to the lobby in a well lighted spot, which is always a plus when touring on the motorcycle.
Bad Tags
Noisy at night. A lot of tweakers roaming the hallways, loud music, and talking in the hallways until after 4am. I should have paid the extra $25 and stayed on Lombardo Street.
