Great spot. Right in the middle of the city. The rooms were clean and unique, but very tight quarters.
Bad Tags
That they charged my card $75.00 extra, and i don't get it back for up to 10 business days, until after they've inspected the room for incidentals. I've never been asked to do this.

location was key for where I needed to be, close to the convention center
Bad Tags
The bed was terrible, felt like a wood plank, very cheap lousy mattress. the room was set-up with very cheap-feeling decor and the windows were single pane which meant I felt like I was outside, and heard every noise at maximum volume. OVERPRICED

I liked the character of the hotel.

The noise from outside was horrible. Woke up multiple times....Also, $57 per day parking seemed to be a bit much.

Location was great! Comfy room, liked the ceiling fan. Mostly quiet. Nice restaurant next door.
Bad Tags
Kind of a shock to find parking was half the price of the room - an unanticipated significant additional expense. Clanging and banging of dumpsters? delivery trucks? around 3 am both mornings I was there - ugh.

The location was perfect to walk to AT&T park for a Giants game, also many great places to eat near by.
Bad Tags
The size of the room was very small, hard to pass each other to get around the room. Parking offered very expensive, had to find my own parking down the street.

Location, staff, old historic character, did I say location? This was a great value and we would stay there again.
Bad Tags
Rooms are really tiny (think Europe or old NYC) but knowing that we were not disappointed. The location can be noisy but our rooms had double windows that really kept the sound out. (You only need to make sure they are both closed completely.)

For me the location was good, very small rooms but clean and has everything. Bed comfortable and I slept great, quiet. Good TV, many channels, good wifi and staff was very helpful.
Bad Tags
No big deal, but the lobby is not designed to impress. The breakfast 'buffet' is a muffin, good coffee however. For the right price this place is perfect. It's not where you invite friends up to your room or plan on entertaining.

Price and Location. Clean room. Friendly staff.
Bad Tags
Extremely small room. Sink is so small in the small bathroom that your head bumps against slab and you drip your toothpaste from mouth onto floor. room is noisy. Mandatory Ear Plugs are provided in the room. But I wish I was told I need to put them on
