Very convenient to Moscone Center and shopping. Liked that you could open the windows and get fresh air.
Bad Tags
Bed had no boxspring so I woke up with a backache every morning.

Great location in downtown SF! Close to many shopping locations and restraints. Also walkable to AT&T Park.
Bad Tags
Only 2 elevators and 1 was out of order. Had to wait long times because cleaning staff was also using the 1 elevator.

The Front Desk staff were very nice. The bed was comfortable. It was close to the Moscone Center.
Bad Tags
A VERY small bathroom. The bathroom faucet moved around quite a bit. The towel rack in the bathroom fell right off when I just touched it. There were some exposed holes in the ceiling in the bedroom. $46. a night for parking which was hard to find.

The hotel location is excellent for a visit to San Francisco. It's right near many shops and stores, and central to downtown.
Bad Tags
It's an historic hotel, so expect it to be as such. The bathroom is small, and it has an older scent to it. It's not as fancy as some of the others in the area, but also not nearly as expensive.

The staff was very friendly, the hotel parking garage is conveniently located and the overall location of the hotel is great.
Bad Tags
The walls are paper thin - especially with loud neighbors late at night. The rooms are very small. The bathrooms are even smaller, have a coating of black mold on the ceiling and the bathtubs did not drain.
