Very crowded- no seating for breakfast and ran out of coffee and food. $18 surprise parking fee to park anywhere on the hotel grounds- in or outside of gated lot! Room standard- ours was not a suite. Indoor pool only.

The room was clean and met our familys needs perfectly. Close to great America and stores. Hotel staff was nice and went the extra mile to assist us, Jada even sent up sprite when I mentioned my daughter was sick. Great property, we will definitely ret

The hotel does get extremely noisy on weekends with guests hosting non-hotel guests in their rooms and having parties. Parking was a bit limited, likely due to the extra visitors that shouldnt have been there. Happy hour was a joke, super limited.

Parking is at an additional cost. Internet in room is additional cost. The King studio does not have a kitchen and it is a small place with a long walkway for a corridor.

Location is convenient.

It was described as a 2 bedroom suite. It was really one bedroom and a living room area with a pull out sofa. It should have been deceived as 2 rooms, not 2 bedrooms. And you have to pay for parking and wifi. And parking isn't even in a secured lot.
