The bed was softer than Fred Flintstone's bed.
Bad Tags
It took 20 mins to find the room due to a disorganized layout. The room stunk. Paint was peeling in the bathroom and the only reason we stayed was because we just drove 4 hrs from out of town and was tired!

Good solid breakfast. Recommend if you only need a place to sleep before moving on after breakfast.
Bad Tags
Walls are thin. I know they're updating, but the backbone is still the same. Can hear anytime neighbors were at the sink or flush their toilets, or somebody was jumping in the bed. Not sure what “deluxe” is, but prolly not worth the extra $.

Staff was slow. We were asked to come back twice before we could check in. Each time had to wait 30+ minuets in line.

Staff was not professional -- they gave me a key, I unloaded, had full hands & key didn't work. Hotel smelled, bathroom was dirty, air conditioner made a weird sound all night long, thank God for ear plugs.

I'm shocked that such a low quality, overpriced motel has been able to survive in the Woodlands this long.
Bad Tags
Not friendly or welcoming.Rooms need to be updated. One of the keys immediately didn't work.Bathroom ceilings incredibly short.Front desk told me breakfast was 6-10. When I showed up a few minutes after 9AM the next day, I found out it's actually 6-9.

I know the area .

Room smelled like smoke covered over by 2 full cans of Lysol spray. For a non smoker, it is obvious the non smoking room policies are not being enforced nor properly cleaned after someone smokes anyway.
