The staff was absolutely excellent on every level. Helpful, kind, and extremely outreaching. they contributed 100% to our high marks concerning the stay. They are the reason we plan to return to the hotel next visit back to Tucson.

We had a very nice stay at this Ramada. The best bartender,  made us feel very welcome. The room was clean and inviting. Loved the big sliding glass doors with the shared patio space.

Location was close to freeway so easy to get on and off. The trolley stop is right in front of hotel so easy to get into downtown and college without needing a car, taxi or UBER.

We happen to be there during the Gem Show and everything was kind of a mess so its hard to say too much about anything. However, the hotel staff wasn't very friendly except for the housekeepers--

No elevators makes it difficult to get luggage upstairs. Tents everywhere make the location seem less tasteful.
