Clean room.

Front desk guy rude and short. Paid for my room and then got attacked because I didn't have a wrist when I was swimming with my family at the pool? I didn't receive any when I checked in and didn't know I needed one!

Staff was great in trying to accommodate us during their renovation of the hotel. They moved us twice.
Bad Tags
I wish we knew they were under renovation before we booked. Construction noise was terrible and extended beyond the hours they said. Also they covered and sealed our only window to paint and then never even painted those two days. :(

All employees we interacted with (front desk, restaurant, room service, pool servers) were great - obviously making an effort to ensure we were enjoying our stay. They really made us feel welcome.
Bad Tags
Food items, from breakfast buffet to room-service pizza, were abundantly average.

The room had a bad odor and the room was really warm and would not cool off. Not good in Arizona! Also there were dead roaches in the living area and bathroom.

Location to the event I attended. Nice big TV. Parking was next to the room.
Bad Tags
Walked into the room, it smelled musty, the room was not attached to the hotel, but in the back of the property. Worse part, the room had an adjoining room, which is common, but the door very thin, and could hear everything that was going on there.

Close to Downtown, shopping, and recreation. All about 4 miles away. Big green belt and patios with our room. Quite.
Bad Tags
Hotel restaurant was only open for breakfast and lunch, not dinner. On one side, where you parked for your rooms, were some run down residential homes. Made me a little nervous, even though they locked the gates at night.
