My room was dirty when I arrived, sticky stuff in the bathroom floor, a prescription pill on the carpet. My room was not cleaned the second day. I checked in at night alone, never told there was a parking area next to my room. Hot tub closes at 8:30

Location was exceptional. Night city view AMAZING. One staff member, pool concierge, tip my hat off to him. Caring, friendly, helpful, excellent customer service skills.
Bad Tags
Staff not upfront with additional hidden fees they charged on a   daily basis. The kids splash pool has rough cement tough on kids feet. Amenities were not in room (coffee maker). Plumbing issues in restroom. Did not meet the Luxury resort adver

Location and setting were phenomenal. We went on one of the early morning guided hikes; the guide was wonderful. Also enjoyed the evening toast and the pools.
Bad Tags
The hotel seemed a bit worn for the level of hotel - it definitely needs some updating or refreshing of paint/carpet/etc. (the carpet in our room had a huge stain on it - not what I would expect from a JW).

The staff is always so nice and the cleanliness of the hotel. I also love the location and never disappointed in seeing wildlife roam the grounds.
Bad Tags
Was disappointed with the comfort of the bed and pillows. The pillows were too flat and lumpy and the bed just not comfortable. Felt both were worn out or beyond used.
