The staff was very friendly

Everything was over priced and the communication was poor and they made several mistakes on multiple food orders and charged us full price.

Lots of kids. Breakfast and lunch were very expensive and average in portions and quality.

I would give the staff an 11 if possible. Most memorable experience- beautiful, well-maintained grounds, top-notch dining. Would go out of my way to stay at this property again.

The location and ski butler guys were fantastic!!!

The walls were a bit thin. The people in the room next door to us got into a major fight. A woman, man and young child. All were quite vocal and used very colorful language. We ended up having to go to the bar, but this was in no way the hotel's fault

Sad to see ordinary people treating people rudely when they are no different than customers that pay their wages.

THE VIEW. Not really, we asked for an upgrade, told we would have a view, only to be on the the second floor with a view of the road in front on the "hotel".
Bad Tags
so many things.... it was on a reduced rate to allow others without wealth to enjoy the pleasures normally afforded to those with money to enjoy their life style. The staff knew the going in price and treated us as cattle.
