The rooms are pretty nice and it's a great location for rafting. The showers are wonderful, great water pressure. I enjoy having a Keurig in the room also. Staff is usually very helpful. I usually enjoy the pool/jacuzzi but it was closed due to covid.
I understand with covid that things are different but they took away a lot of the things that make this a 3 star hotel...no pool, no gym, no maid service (you had to go to front desk to get extra towels etc) yet the price was the same as last year. Not ok

It's location right on the Colorado River! Within walking or biking distance to most all of the attractions we wanted to see.
Just wish the rooms had balconies. But the ability to open the window was nice.

Totally surprised that they didn't have the free breakfast considering the room was over $--- per night.
