INNsight Reporting provides detailed reports for all data generated by your property on our platform, including reservation details (confirmation, modifications, and cancellations, housekeeping reports, check-in lists, check-out lists, night audit summary, and more. If you need to find details about a particular reservation or detailed guest or room information, simply navigate to My INNsight > Reporting.

Welcome to your property’s digital marketing dashboard where you will be able to view web analytics for your standalone website Powered by INNsight and manage your rates and availability if you are using INNsight to manage your reservations as an eCommerce subscriber.
Reservations by Date
The Reservations by Date Report provides a comprehensive list of all reservations that are either booked through your eCommerce website Powered by INNsight or the Online Travel Agents you have connected through the OTA Connect program.
Reservations List
The Reservations List provides a list of all reservations in order of booking date. The List will display all bookings that have been booked in chronological order of when they were received. You can easily print, download, or email the incoming reservations list by clicking on the applicable action icons.
Cancellations List
The Cancellations List provides a list of all canceled reservations in order of cancellation date. The List will display all cancellations in chronological order from when they were received. You can easily print, download, or email the canceled reservations list by clicking on the applicable action icons.
No Show List
The No Show List provides a list of all reservations that have been marked as a no show in The System. The No Show List will display all no-shows in chronological order from when they were marked. You can easily print, download, or email the no show reservations list by clicking on the applicable action icons.
Check In List
The Check-In List will show you all reservations that have been checked in today.
Check Out List
The Check-Out List will show you all reservations that have been checked out today.
Rooming List
The Rooming List shows a room list view of your entire property for any date in numerical order so you can easily view the roster of your rooms alongside guest names for incoming reservations, stayovers, and room status.
OTA Unallocated Bookings
The OTA Unallocated Bookings List provides a report of all reservations sourced from Online Travel Agents such as Booking.com or Expedia that could be not automatically assigned rooms in the INNsight Property Management System due to rooming conflicts.
