OTA Unallocated Bookings

The OTA Unallocated Bookings List provides a report of all reservations sourced from Online Travel Agents such as Booking.com or Expedia that could be not automatically assigned rooms in the INNsight Property Management System due to rooming conflicts.

If The System cannot algorithmically room the reservation, then it will temporarily place the reservation in the Unallocated Bookings list so your front desk staff can manually assign the reservation to a room after making the necessary room assignment changes to open up a room to accommodate the reservation. Reservations will be removed from the Unallocated Bookings list once they are assigned a room in The System.

  1. On the home page, click Reporting

    OTA Unallocated

  2. From the drop-down menu, select OTA Unallocated List

  3. Now, filter the report as needed and Print, Download, or Mail it as required.
