You will receive a reservation confirmation generated by the INNsight Internet Booking Engine by fax (after a booking is made online) and via email. Once a booking is made via INNsight, the guest information will be populated in your Property Management System Graphical Room Inventory Display (GRID). You can securely access the reservation details at any time by clicking on the guest's name in the GRID.

Where and when does the guest pay for his/her invoice?
