Sales Reports Daily
The Daily Sales Report shows the daily business performance of your property if you have an eCommerce subscription. The Daily Report details the guests who have occupied your rooms per particular date, and the revenue details per guest room. You can query the Sales Reports by selecting any date from the past in the ‘Go to Date’ dialog. To print a report you can simply click on the ‘Print’ link at the top of the report. To download a report, click on the ‘XLS’ link at the top of the report.
Sales Reports Monthly
The Monthly Sales Report shows a view into business performance of your property across an entire month. The Monthly Report details sales metrics by day. You can select any month from the past in the ‘Go to Month' dialog. To print a report you can simply click on the ‘Print' link at the top of the report. To download a report, click on the ‘XLS’ link at the top of the report.
Sales Reports Annual
The Annual Sales Report shows a view into business performance of your property across an entire calendar year if you have an eCommerce subscription. The Monthly Report details sales metrics by day. You can select any previous year 'Go to Year’ dialog. To print a report you can simply click on the 'Print' link at the top of the report. To download a report, click on the ‘XLS’ link at the top of the report.
Direct Billing
The Direct Bill Report displays any reservations that have been tagged to be invoiced to the customer.
Refund List
The Refund List displays all folios where the customer issued a refund. This list provides a snapshot of all refunds provided to customers. Each invoice is shown as a line in the report.
Advance Payment
The Advance Payment List shows any reservations that have been prepaid, so you can track payment and check-in details for any reservations that are already marked paid status.
Web Analytics Reports
We want you to glean insights about your property website Powered by INNsight with our advanced website performance reports that are driven by Google Analytics. We have embedded your property website with tracking codes to ascertain a plethora of performance and user details about visitors and their behavior when they land on and interact with your website. We track user behavior, clicks, and help determine how the visitor found your website. Was the traffic organic or direct? How many pages do guests visit on average?
