Web Analytics Reports


We want you to glean insights about your property website Powered by INNsight with our advanced website performance reports that are driven by Google Analytics. We have embedded your property website with tracking codes to ascertain a plethora of performance and user details about visitors and their behavior when they land on and interact with your website. We track user behavior, clicks, and help determine how the visitor found your website. Was the traffic organic or direct? How many pages do guests visit on average? What is my property website's conversion rate? You can seek answers to such questions by diving into any one of the following reports.
 

You can view the different traffic and website analytics reports by selecting from the sub-menu. We demonstrate the past 30 days by default but it is possible to look at longer spans or finite spans of dates simply by manipulating the Search Analytics calendar and pressing 'Go'.

Press the Email icon to send the analytics report to you via email.

Please Note: Data inaccuracies may exist and analysis should be viewed as directional as there may be data sampling issues.

Page Views/Visits

Users: the number of visitors that have at least one session on your website. This number is more accurate in telling you how many "individual" people visited your website.

Pageviews: the total number of pages people visited on your website. Assuming you have multiple pages on your website, you'll want this number to be higher than the number of sessions.

Web/Mobile

This report demonstrates the breakdown of visitors by device type. You should see patterns emerge that show the growth of mobile and tablet based computing vs. the standard desktop browser as more guests engage with your website with their smartphones.

  • Browser

The Browser Report shows what browser types are being used by visitors to your website, mostly split between the four highest penetration browsers: Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, and Apple's Safari.

  • Country

How international are your website visitors? Your website Powered by INNsight has language translation and currency conversion built in. This report helps you understand where in The World traffic is coming from by country.

City

What city is most of your website traffic coming from? The City Traffic report shows where the majority of user sessions are originating from geographically by city.

Language

How many unique visitors are coming to your website with their default language as French? You can find out what native tongue your website visitors are with the Language report.

Traffic Channels

The Traffic Channels Report groups your website traffic into four major containers and helps you understand where your website traffic is predominately coming from: Is it from guests typing in your URL (Direct) or is it from social media? This report helps you understand where your website traffic is originating directionally.

  • Direct Visits - Generally this type of traffic comes from visitors typing in your website address manually
  • Organic Visits - Website traffic from visitors clicking on search engine results
  • Referral Visits - Website traffic from third party websites which link to your website
  • Social Visits - This traffic is sourced from your social media accounts and posts

Keywords Visit Search

This report demonstrates which sites on the Internet referred visitors to your website. Some of this activity is indicative of the Search Engine Optimization work performed for your website.

Mobile Devices

The Mobile Devices Report demonstrates what mobile browsers were used to direct traffic and engage with your property's website.

Social Media

The Social Media Report will show you what social media sites are driving unique sessions to your property website.

Behavior - New/Returning

This report breaks down all site visitors based on whether they are return visitors to your property website or brand new organic visitors. This report is useful in determining if you are getting new leads or engaging with return customers.

Site Content

The Site Content Report is a rudimentary report that provides insight as to which subdomains or website pages are receiving the most unique visits.

AdwordsThe Adwords Report is available for Premium subscribers who have a budget of ad spend. This report demonstrates the keywords that have spawned paid ads and successful click-through to your website.
