Cash Drawer


The Cash Drawer displays the current cash on hand at the bottom of the screen.

To record a new cash transaction, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the "New Cash Transaction" button on the screen's right side.
  2. Select the appropriate category and payment status for the transaction.
  3. Fill in the payment details.
  4. Click "Submit" to complete the transaction.

To record multiple transactions in one go, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the "New Cash Transaction" button on the right side of the screen.
  2. Click on the "+" symbol to add additional items or transactions.

To Record a Deposit:

  1. Scroll down to find the "Make Deposit" button and click on it.
  2. A deposit form will appear once you click the button.
  3. Enter all the required details for the deposit, such as the amount, employee name, and any additional notes. 
  4. After reviewing the details, click the "Add Cash" button to submit the deposit.

To Record a Withdrawal:

  1. Scroll down to find the "Make Deposit" button and click on it.
  2. A withdrawal form will appear once you click the button.
  3. Enter all the required details for the withdrawal, including the amount, employee name, cash drawer balance, and withdrawal note.
  4. Once you've reviewed the details, click on the "Add Withdraw" button to submit the withdrawal.
