As a Social Media Candidate managing mainly at INNsight, you will work with our Digital team to grow our Products and Clients.
You, in addition, will work on social & outreach activities you would maintain a positive online presence and reputation on the content, manage reviews and engagement, build trust and brand loyalty with each target audience, and work to put forth our company’s best image online.
The ideal candidate must have a passion for content and digital marketing and enjoy looking for ways to grow and improve: it’s a balanced combination of creative problem-solving and hard work.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Develop and implement social media strategies and campaigns to meet company objectives.
Manage and create engaging and high-quality content for social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media channels in a timely and professional manner.
Analyze social media performance and provide regular reports on key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new social media features, and best practices, and apply them to the company's social media strategy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, design, and content, to ensure social media campaigns align with overall marketing initiatives.
Continuously monitoring and tracking the brand’s reputation on various outlets, e.g. social media, booking channels. search engines, blogs & social communities, consumer forums, etc.
Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance monitoring.
Monitor and report on competitor social media activities and provide insights for competitive positioning.
Implement and manage social media tools and software to streamline social media management and reporting processes.
Desired Profile
Experience between 01 to 04 Years
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging social media content.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret social media performance data.
Familiarity with social media advertising and social media management tools.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple social media accounts.
Familiarity with industry trends and ability to apply them to social media strategy.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
