  • The Premium Package pricing is based on a hotel with a max of 100 rooms due to the package including reputation management services. Any hotel with over 100 rooms will have a different pricing structure based on the number of rooms. Please contact us to get a pricing quote for our Premium Package if your hotel is over 100 rooms.
  • ADA Title III is current law and our software can help you achieve this standard in regards to the website dependent on your hotel's physical accessibility.
  • WCAG 2.1 is currently not law and is a grey area but we have coded our client's websites to WCAG 2.1 standards for website accessibility thus allowing individuals that require assistive technology to use your website. Please keep in mind that this is currently not determined as the standard by the DOJ, however, has been determined by case law as the de facto standard, and there is no certification process WCAG conformity, but we try to help you achieve this standard per Website Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 (WCAG 2.1), an international standard measure of accessibility success. There are no guarantees that a serial plaintiff will not file a lawsuit, but the fact you are showing that you are working to achieve this level is beneficial, and also opens your hotel up to more business. We also layer on our patent-pending widget called the ADA Tray® that will help you achieve a higher standard for website accessibility.

We do not charge any setup fees or upfront costs for design or development

You start getting charged for your services once we go live with your new website and digital marketing. We bill in arrears so you will not be charged until the first months services are completed.

No, your new website will be powered and hosted on INNsights secure servers.

Once you sign up all we need from you is your property images and your domain access if you have a domain, we handle everything else from design, development, content, and launching your new website.
