Front Desk Task List


Get things done like never before. The Front Desk Task List compiles all of the tasks that have been assigned to individuals using the Facilities Management System in one place so you can track open tickets and ensure operational efficiency.

To add a new task to the list and assign such a task to your staff, you will want to have users set up in My Account for corresponding employees in your housekeeping, maintenance, and front desk staff.

All tasks will appear in chronological order on the main Front Desk Task List. Each task will be shown in a conversation bubble with several buttons to act upon the task. You will be able to edit, delete, email, print, change status and mark the task completed. In order to see completed tasks, click on the ‘Completed Task’ button to see a filtered view of all completed tasks. Search tasks with ease or filter them by assignment or date using the functions above.

Click on the ‘Add Task’ button to add and assign a new task. Clicking on Add Task will open the task form where you will detail the task at hand. Simply enter the task’s name, description, priority, due date, and assignment. It is important to add tags to your task to make it easier to search so enter any descriptive tags by simply typing out relevant keywords and pressing enter. You can assign the task to any user. That user will by default receive an email with the task details so he or she can quickly and easily be assigned the task and work toward its completion. Click on the ‘Send SMS’ button to send a version of the ticket to the user’s mobile phone number. Adding the task to the Front Desk Log will ensure that the task appears in the Front Desk Log book for tracking purposes.
