Maintenance Panel


The Maintenance Panel is built with your facilities management in mind. Manage your hotel’s facilities with ease by using the Maintenance Panel’s ticketing system to fire off service requests to the maintenance department and to track and log maintenance incidents.

By utilizing the Maintenance Panel, you will be able to easily document facilities-related issues in common areas and rooms at your hotel property. This logging system will allow you to optimize and understand nagging recurring issues. For example, fully documenting a leak will help you understand patterns and better identify where the leak may be stemming from, or logging what rooms bed bugs may have infested will help you with pest control. Consequently, assigning maintenance requests to staff will also help understand close rates for incidents and the overall productivity of your maintenance staff.

  1. Please click on FMS and select Maintenance Panel.



    Maintenance Tickets capture an immense amount of detail regarding the issue at hand. For example, the date of the issue, facility area, room, urgency, and a full description, including photographs, will allow you to log issues thoroughly for record-keeping and assist employees with problem identification.
     
  2. Select Maintenance Panel.

All Maintenance Tickets are categorized by easy-to-use filters at the top of the Panel. The tickets can be filtered by categories such as Landscaping, Electrical, Plumbing, etc., so your management can easily identify the issues plaguing a particular maintenance area. Maintenance Tickets can also be assigned to particular users, who will receive detailed emails about the maintenance issue. In order to set up Maintenance users to assign tickets to, you must go to My Account > Manage Users and set up the appropriate users. As tickets are closed, they will be moved into the Closed Ticket section. Once issues are closed, the users and staff are notified of the ticket’s closure and remedy of the issue via email. Tickets can be Reopened at any time. The graph at the bottom of the panel will show you the progress of ticket close rates over time, and the entire log of maintenance issues can be downloaded and opened in MS Excel for more detailed analysis.
