Pool & Spa Panel

The Pool & Spa Panel is built to help you ditch that clipboard with the ragged pool log sitting on the shelf in your pool shed. Manage your pool and/or spa facilities with ease by using the Pool & Spa Panel to track and log maintenance incidents, routine cleaning, and your daily chemical readings.

By utilizing the Pool & Spa Panel, you will be able to easily document pool and spa-related issues. This logging system will allow you to optimize and understand your chemical balances and pool-cleaning schedule. For example, fully documenting your chemical readings will help you understand patterns and better identify the variables impacting your pool or spa’s chemical balance. Consequently, assigning maintenance requests to staff will also help the overall productivity of your maintenance staff and ensure that your bodies of water are maintained for the continued enjoyment of your guests. Most importantly, the logging of your pool chemicals will make it very easy for you to document and share metrics with the health department, ensuring that your pool and/or spa remain code compliant.

The first step required to utilize the Pool & Spa Panel is to add a pool or spa to the logbook. Simply use the ‘Add Pool/Spa’ form and create each unique body of water that is to be tracked using The System. We recommend setting up your Pool Maintenance Vendor in the Manage Users Panel so you can select the vendor during pool or spa setup and assign any tickets directly to the vendor. The form will require you to name the body of water and provide details about the pool or spa. Once saved, you will see that body of water by its title display in the Log Book.

The Pool or Spa Log is a daily logbook that allows you to quickly and easily document the water chemical levels and tag any maintenance or cleaning that has been completed that day. Since the logbook is a legal document, which your local health department will check, the system will document version history.

There are two distinct views of the Pool or Spa Log Book: Daily or Monthly. The Daily Logbook view provides a date sorter at the top that will allow you to peek back at any date and see the form for that date. You can modify and save the form details at any time. The Monthly Logbook view will collate the daily reports in a table showing all of the most relevant data for the entire month. You can download the monthly report into a CSV file for data crunching using MS Excel or print a report, making this feature extremely useful for providing pool and/or spa health reporting to your local health department.
